Microwave Macaroni And Cheese

  1. Place margarine in 1 1/2-quart casserole.
  2. Microwave at High (100%) until melted.
  3. Blend in flour, salt, mustard, pepper and pepper sauce.
  4. Stir in milk.
  5. Microwave at High (100%) until thickened, blending with wire whisk once or twice.
  6. Stir in cheese.
  7. Microwave at High (100%) to soften cheese.
  8. Stir in macaroni.
