Crab Rangoons

  1. In bowl, mix all ingredients. Use wonton wrappers and place about 1/2 tsp in each. Brush corners with egg and close into a triangle.
  2. Cook in a low heat oil, turning once. These cook extremely fast. Drain on paper towel or paper plate/bag.
