Heavenly Delight
- Graham crackercrumbs
- 4-6 tablespoons of butter
- 3 small boxes of lime jello or i lg and i small box
- 2 cans cold condensed evaperated mild
- 11/2 cups sugar or splenda
- green food coloring
- lemon juice to taste
- whipped cream topping
- 1. mix graham cracker crumbs and butter. Keep 4 tsbn crumbs to the sided for a topping
- 2. mix jello with two dcups of boiling water. Let cool and jell slightly
- 3. Beat 2 cans milk till thick.
- 4.add 11/2 cups of suger or splenda.
- 5.Add as necessary green food coloring
- 6. Add lemon juice to taste
- 7.Beat all together till thick
- 8. Pour over a good layer of graham crumbs.
- 9.Sprinkle extra crumbs over the top.
- 10. refridgerate before serving!
- 11. Top with whipped cream before serving
