Tagliatelle With Tomatoes And Balsamic Vinegar

  1. Mix vinegar, garlic and onion in a bowl and marinate for 15 minutes. Boil the salted water. Mix the tomatoes, basil and pepper into the vinegar mixture and marinate for another 15 minutes. Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain pasta and then toll with the tomato mixture. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve topped with parmigiano cheese.
