Chocolate Zucchini Cake

  1. Instructions:
  2. Preheat oven to 375,
  3. Blend all ingredients in blender until well mixed.
  4. Pour batter into a 9x9 pan.
  5. Bake at 375 for 30-35 minutes until middle is just set.
  6. Cool and frost.
  7. Chocolate Buttercream Frosting
  8. 1/2 C whipping cream
  9. 2 tbs unsweetened cocoa powder
  10. 4 tbs truvia sweetener powdered( blended till powder)
  11. 1 tsp vanilla
  12. add all ingredients to a blender and mix until thickened.
  13. Frost cooled cake. Store in fridge.
