Heavenly 24 Hour Salad

  1. 1. In a small saucepan, mix eggs with sugar, OJ & vinegar. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
  2. 2. Remove from heat. Stir in butter; cool. Fold in sour cream. Chill while preparing fruit.
  3. 3. Combine fruits & marshmallows. Fold in dressing and carefully spoon into serving bowl.
  4. 4. Chill 24 hours
  5. 5. Garnish with fruit and mint sprigs.
