Sausage And Cheese Casserole

  1. Brown sausage, crumble it and drain away fat; set aside.
  2. Boil noodles and drain.
  3. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Add flour until pasty.
  4. Gradually pour in milk and stir until somewhat thickened.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Add sour cream, salt, pepper, parsley, egg, Parmesan cheese and blend together.
  7. Mix with noodles.
