Baked Oatmeal
- Ingredients:
- 3 cups quick-cooking or old fashioned oatmeal
- 1 cup packed brown sugar ** I use Splenda Brown Sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- Additional Milk for serving
- Directions:
- In a large bowl, combine the oats, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. In another bowl, whisk the eggs, milk and butter and combine dry ingredients. Pour into a greased 9 inch square baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 - 45 minutes. Serve warm in bowl with milk.
