Baked Oatmeal

  2. In a large bowl, combine the oats, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. In another bowl, whisk the eggs, milk and butter and combine dry ingredients. Pour into a greased 9 inch square baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 - 45 minutes. Serve warm in bowl with milk.
