Cabbage Rolls

  1. Mix hamburger, pork, rice, onion, mushrooms with liquid, salt, pepper, garlic salt and 1/2 cup tomato sauce.
  2. Core cabbage and place in large pot of boiling water.
  3. Remove cabbage leaves from head.
  4. Drain leaves.
  5. Place 1/3 cup on each leaf.
  6. Roll, then push end in toward the center.
  7. Place seam side down on baking dish. Mix remaining tomato sauce, sugar and lemon juice.
  8. Pour over cabbage rolls.
  9. Cover and cook at 350u0b0 for 1 hour.
  10. If you want sauce thicker, mix cornstarch and 1 tablespoon water in saucepan. Stir in liquid from cabbage rolls.
  11. Heat to a boil.
  12. Serve with cabbage rolls.
