King Oyster Chees Popers
- 5 large king oyster
- 1tbsp. butter
- 5 strips bacon
- 1/2 green onion
- 1/2 onion
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of black pepper
- 1tbsp. olive oil
- 3tbsp. bread crumbs
- 1/2 tbsp minced parsley
- 50 g mozzarella cheese
- 25 g parmesan cheese
- 1. Preheat oven to 425 F. Cut king oyster mushrooms 3cm in length. Slightly scoop out some insides of the mushrooms and use it in step 2.
- 2. Finely chop the bacon, green onion , scooped mushroom and onion. Heat a skillet on medium heat. Add olive oil and fry bacon and onions. Add salt and pepper to taste. Set aside in a small bowl. Add bread crumbs and parsley and mix together.
- 3. Fill the mushrooms with the mixture and top it with mozzarella cheese. Place on a cookie sheet and bake for 7-8 minutes.
- 4. Take them out of the oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
