Spicy Mornings, Ole'
- 1X eggs, tortilla, half-pepper, bacon per person you are serving.
- 2X table spoons of tomatoes(chopped), onions chopped, sauce, and cheese grated per person you are serving.
- 3X table spoons of tacosized ground turkey.
- A touch of dry mustard, worchestersire sauce.
- Beautiful sunrise and a porch to eat it on.
- Tortilla must be heated over open flame with the bottom slightly harden.
- Turkey meat with Taco seasoning added to your taste(or left over taco meat).
- Tomatoes and onions finely chopped.
- Chilli, or jalapys, or pablanos, sliced length wise and fried until the edges are blackend
- Put aside the tortilla, bacon, pepper, sauce for later use.
- Add eggs, tomatoes, onions, touch of dry mustard and whorcestershire sauce,and turkey meat into a bowl and beat until frothy. Fry Scrambled style.
- Take tortilla and add eggs burrito style. Lay on top of eggs one half of pepper and one slice of bacon(bacon first). Pile on top a hefty portion of sharp cheddar cheese or your favorite cheese. Place the loaded tortilla on wax paper
- covered baking sheet. Broil until cheese is melted or browned.
- Add chilli releno sauce, wrap the eggs and then slightly brown the tortilla wrap and serve.
