Spinach Quiche
- 2 frozen unbaked pie shells
- 1 small pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/4 c. milk
- dash of Worcestershire
- 1/4 c. chopped onion or 1 Tbsp. onion flakes
- 1 c. shredded Mozzarella
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- Thaw spinach; drain well by squeezing water out with hands. Divide spinach equally into bottom of two unbaked pie shells. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of each cheese (Mozzarella, Cheddar, Swiss) into each pie shell.
- Mix eggs, milk, Worcestershire sauce and onions with wire whisk in a bowl.
- Pour egg mixture evenly into pie shells.
- Bake at 450u0b0 for 10 minutes.
- Reduce heat to 350u0b0 and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
- Let cool 10 minutes before cutting.
