Spinach Quiche

  1. Thaw spinach; drain well by squeezing water out with hands. Divide spinach equally into bottom of two unbaked pie shells. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of each cheese (Mozzarella, Cheddar, Swiss) into each pie shell.
  2. Mix eggs, milk, Worcestershire sauce and onions with wire whisk in a bowl.
  3. Pour egg mixture evenly into pie shells.
  4. Bake at 450u0b0 for 10 minutes.
  5. Reduce heat to 350u0b0 and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
  6. Let cool 10 minutes before cutting.
