Pork Chops
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. celery salt
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 2 Tbsp. fat
- 6 good sized 1-inch pork chops
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced into 6 rings
- 3 tart red apples, cored
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- In a bag, put the flour, garlic salt, celery salt, seasoned salt and paprika.
- Shake pork chops in the flour mixture, then brown them slowly in 2 tablespoons fat.
- While they brown, slice bell pepper.
- Put a ring on each pork chop.
- Put half apple on top of the green pepper slices.
- Mix water, brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce.
- Pour over the apples.
- Simmer, covered, being sure it doesn't boil, for 40 minutes.
