Sweet And Crunchy Asian Slaw

  1. In a large bowl, mix slaw, carrots, and scallions. Set aside. In a frying pan, brown the sesame seeds, almonds, and broken up ramen noodles with the sesame oil until lightly toasted. When brown, remove from heat and stir in the two packets of oriental flavoring. Add to the salad when cool. Combine oil, sugar, soy sauce, and vinegar into dressing. Stir well, then pour over remaining ingredients and thoroughly combine.
