Cinnamon Rolls
- 2 1/2 c. warm water
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 c. cooking oil
- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 1 tsp. salt
- 5 1/4 c. flour
- soft margarine
- brown sugar
- cinnamon
- Place warm water in large mixing bowl.
- Sprinkle dry yeast over warm water; let set for 3 minutes.
- Add cake mix, 1 cup flour, eggs, oil and salt.
- Beat with mixer until bubbles appear. Add flour and stir.
- Makes a soft dough.
- Knead on well-floured board, put in bowl and let rise until doubled in size.
- Divide dough, roll out and spread with margarine, sugar and cinnamon. Roll up, cut and place on greased pan.
- Let rise.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Ice while hot with powdered sugar icing.
