Chorizo Chilli
- 2 LB Ground chuck
- 1/2 tube chorizo
- 1 large white onion
- 1 can crushed green chilli peppers
- 1 28 oz can red kidney beans
- 1 can northern white beans
- 1 can tomato paste
- 1 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp cayene
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- brown the ground beef and onion and spices in a pan, drain the grease and set aside.
- In a seperate pan cook chorizo, drain set aside.
- In a large pot poor the kidney beans with juice in drian the nothern white beans and add to the pot. slow cook beans for 1 hour to break them down.
- Add green chilis, chorizo and beef mixture to pot. Mix together well, and cook on low for 4 hours. Add water ater 2 hours cooking.
