Easy Pressure Cooker Pasta Sauce
- 1 28 oz can tomato sauce
- 1 28 oz can fire roasted diced tomatoes
- 1 lb mild Italian sausage
- 1 lb ground mild Italian sausage
- 1 red bell pepper, (dice or julienne)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp A1 Cracked Peppercorn sauce
- 1 tbsp oregano (dried)
- 2 tsp basil (dried)
- 1 1/2 tsp garlic (freeze dried)
- 1/2 tsp cocoa mix
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg (dried)
- Chop the long sausauge into approximately 1" segments and round them off. Brown (all) sausage in olive oil, then put in pressure cooker with remaining ingredients.
- Turn heat to full until boiling, then turn down to medium-low (just keep the pressure valve waltzing instead of foxtrotting) for 12 minutes. Quick-release the pressure and then remove lid.
