Pizza Dough

  1. 1.tissolve the yeast and honey (or sugar) in half the tepid water.
  2. 2.take a pile of the flour and salt. With one hand make a well in the center.
  3. 3.tour all the dissolved yeast mixture into the well and with your fingers slowly bring in the flour/salt mixture until all the yeast mixture is dissolved. Then pour the other half of the tepid water into the center of the well and incorporate all the flour to make a moist dough.
  4. 4.tnead the dough for 5 minutes.
  5. 5.take the dough into a roundish shape and place on a baking tray. Lightly flour the top of the dough and then lightly score the dough with a knife.
  6. 6.teave the bread to rise (you want it to about double in size, could take anywhere from 40 minutes to an hour and a half).
  7. 7.tnocking the dough for about a minute, knocking all the air out of it.
  8. 8.tivide dough up into whatever size is required and roll into pizza dough.
