Thai Spiced Flavored Nattou Spaghetti - A Fusion Of Japanese And Thai
- 3-4 Tablespoons Japanese Soy sauce
- 1 Pack of Nattou
- Some sprinkle of Sea weed
- 2 Chili - Sliced
- 5 Sweet basil leaves
- 1 Teaspoon Sugar
- 3 Tablespoons Lime Juice
- 2-3 strips Lemon Grass
- 75-100g Dried Spaghetti
- 1.Get ingredients prepared.
- 2.Boil the pasta
- While Boiling...
- 1.Squeeze the juice out of the Lime and pour it in a big bowl.
- 2.Pour soy sauce into the same bowl.
- 3.Slice the Chili so that it will be thin rings.
- 4.Add chopped chili in the same bowl.
- 5.Mix, but do not mix too much because then it will be too spicy.
- 6.Turn the Nattou with a stick - or a chopstick will be better - so that it will be all sticky and webs come out.
- 7.Add the Nattou to the same bowl and mix thoroughly.
- 8.Keep in fridge until the spaghetti is ready.
- When the Spaghetti is ready:
- 1.Take the big bowl out of the fridge.
- 2.Take the spaghetti and mix it in the big bowl, with the liquid mixture (The flavoring)
- 3.Place the pasta neatly on the serving plate.
- 4.Garnish with lemon grass to get the fresh smell
- 5.Place sweet basil leaves and sea weed on the pasta
- !!!EAT!!!!
- *If you feel like you need more saltiness, pour more soy sauce.
- *If you need more sourness, then add more lime juice.
- *If it is too sour or salty, then you can add more sugar.
