Heather'S Quesadilla'S

  1. 1.I like to cook the tortilla's on a griddle, since I can do 3 at a time.
  2. 2. I cook both sides of the first round, then keep them warming in oven, while I cook one side of the tops.
  3. 3. Cook until slightly crispy, will have to puncture the bubbles as they cook.
  4. 4. When one side of the tops is done flip them and start putting the toppings on. Then take the ones out of oven that are warming and put over the topped ones. It is best to keep them in a warm oven until ready to serve so they don't get too hard.
  5. 4. Cut in 4th's and serve with sour cream, cilantro & salsa
