Annie' S Dishwasher Salmon
- 1 large salmon (1 -2 lbs.)
- Olive Oil (enough to just lightly cover fish)
- 2 pats butter (1 for each side)
- Dill (1 Tbsp.per side)
- Scallions (4 sliced diagonally)
- Salt & Pepper (dash)
- Old Bay Seasoning (1/2 tsp. per side)
- Lay Salmon on a large "heavy duty foil" sheet. Sprinkle with Olive Oil. Add salt, pepper, dill, Old Bay Seasoning & butter. Turn over gently. Add same ingredients to top side and add sliced scallions to top. Fold foil to seal. Add 1 more piece foil folded in opposite direction to cover again so ingredients do not escape. Close tightly. Place on top of dishwasher rack. (DO NOT ADD SOAP). Start dishwasher and let run on regular cycle. When wash cycle is complete, dinner is served. Any complimentary side dish will do with this.
