Macaroni Salad
- Small box Elbow Macaroni (I like Barrilla)
- 1 TBL Lawry's Seasoning Salt (to taste)
- 1 Large Sweet Onion (diced)
- 4 Eggs (boiled, peeled & diced)
- 1 Cup Celery (diced)
- 1 Cup Green Peppers (seeded, chopped)
- Oscar Meyer Bacon (4 slices, regular thickness,
- crisp, crumbled)
- Mayonnaise (just enough to moisten)
- Bring water to boil, add eggs, turn off heat and cover for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, stop cooking by running cold water over eggs. Peel, dice, set aside. Cook macaroni in salted water per directions, drain, set aside. While macaroni is cooking, chopped veggies and cook bacon. Mix everything together together, add mayonnaise to moisten, season with Lawry's Seasoning Salt to taste. Crumble crisp bacon over top and mix. Good warm or cold.
