Brandied Cherry Coffeecake

  1. Combine cream cheese, sugar and margarine.
  2. Beat until well blended.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla; blend well.
  4. Combine dry ingredients, add to mixture alternately with milk, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Pour into greased and floured 19 x 9-inch pan.
  6. Mix brandy with cherries and spoon over batter.
  7. Sprinkle with nuts.
  8. Bake at 350u0b0 for 1 hour.
  9. When cool, dust with powdered sugar.
