  1. with a rolling pin, roll out a sheet of puff pastry to spread evenly into
  2. a 9x13 inch pan (if you can buy it in a flat sheet, roll it further so
  3. that it is not thicker than 1/8 inch). Bake in a pre-heated oven at 400 F
  4. until fluffy and slightly brown (about 15 minutes).
  5. Mix the raisins, walnuts, almonds, and pistachios, and spread over the
  6. baked dough reserving 1/2 cups of the total nut mixture for garnish.
  7. Cream preparation:
  8. Combine all cream ingredients into a pan and stir over medium heat until
  9. thickened. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.
  10. Thirty minutes before serving time, spread the cooled cream mixture over
  11. the nuts on the pastry, and bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes, or
  12. until cream is thick and bubbly.
  13. Garnish with 1/2 cups reserved nuts. Serve hot.
