Heavenly Black Forest Whip
- 200g Philadelphia Lightest soft cheese
- 400g blueberries/blackberries/blackcurrants, prepared
- 1tbsp kirsch/cherry brandy
- 2x22g sachets low-calorie dark drinking chocolate
- 1tbsp grates dark chocolate
- Split the fruit into two roughly equal size portions. Mash one portion with a potato masher until the juice has squeezed from the fruit and the fruit has broken up.
- Add the liqueur to the mashed fruit. Mix in the unmashed fruit and leave to stand.
- Meanwhile empty the drinking chocolate into a large mixing bowl. Add the Philadelphia to the chocolate in tablespoons, making sure to blend in any lumps of chocolate, to produce a small chocolaty whip.
- Divide the fruit mix between four serving glasses. Spoon the chocolate mix on top and chill for at least two hours or overnight. Sprinkle with grated chocolate to serve.
