Garlic Shrimp With Rice

  1. 1) Cook rice in salted water for 20 minutes or until tender and all water is absorbed. Stir in parsley, lemon peel, salt and pepper. Cover and set aside, keep hot.
  2. 2) In large pan/skillet, combine butter, garlic, lemon slices, oregano, bay leaf, spinach & shrimp. Bring to a boil to melt butter and cook stirring frequently until shrimp turns pink (approx 5 min)
  3. SERVE OVER RICE!
