Machli Kay Tikkay (Monkish Tikka)

  1. Rub salt and pepper into the Monkfish and set aside
  2. Put the garlic, spices, lime juice, oil and half the yogurt into a blender and process to a smooth paste
  3. Whisk in the remaining yogurt
  4. Add more chili
  5. Mix in the fish cubes
  6. Cover overnight
  7. BBQ on wooden skewers with butter
