Casava Cake (Philippine Desert)

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. Stir eggs in mixing large mixing bowl. Add sugar and Evaporated Milk, Condensed Milk and Coconut Milk to mix. Then add Grated Casava, last stirring in melted butter and add 1 tblsp of vanilla extract. Mix until evenly blended at low speed.
  3. Pour mixture in lightly greased 9 x13 casserolle pan and sprinkle top with grated cheese.
  4. Bake for 1 hour or until sides are golden color and toothpick comes out clean in middle. Feeds about
