Casava Cake (Philippine Desert)
- 1 Cup White Sugar
- 1 Stick Butter (8 tbspn)
- 3 Eggs
- 1 Can Evaporated Milk
- 1/2 Can Condensed Milk
- 1 Can Coconut Milk
- 2 Bags Grated Casava Root
- 1 tblsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 Jar Macapuno
- 1/2 Cup Grated Cheddar or Colby or Jack Cheese
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- Stir eggs in mixing large mixing bowl. Add sugar and Evaporated Milk, Condensed Milk and Coconut Milk to mix. Then add Grated Casava, last stirring in melted butter and add 1 tblsp of vanilla extract. Mix until evenly blended at low speed.
- Pour mixture in lightly greased 9 x13 casserolle pan and sprinkle top with grated cheese.
- Bake for 1 hour or until sides are golden color and toothpick comes out clean in middle. Feeds about
