Baked Panko Pork Chops With Parmesan Crust
- 3 cp Panko crumbs
- 2 cp (6 oz) grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp dried sage
- 2 tsp grated lemon peel
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cp flour
- Salt & pepper to taste.
- 8 boneless pork chop halves
- 8 tbsp butter
- Mix crumbs, cheese, sage & lemon in bowl.
- Set aside.
- Whisk eggs in bowl.
- Set aside.
- Place flour, salt & pepper on plate.
- Coat pork chops on both sides with flour mix.
- Dip chops into eggs.
- Coat both sides with crumb mixture.
- Butter bottom of large baking pan.
- Place chops in pan.
- Add pats of butter around chops if lean.
- Bake at 350 deg for 20 minutes.
- Turn chops over.
- Bake chops 20 more minutes or until proper temp is reached.
