White Fruit Cake

  1. Cream sugar, eggs and butter well.
  2. Mix until light and fluffy.
  3. Add pineapple and cherries.
  4. Add flour, baking powder and salt.
  5. Add nuts, flavorings, coconut and pineapple juice.
  6. Mix well.
  7. Bake at 275u0b0 in 2 to 3 loaf pans for 1 1/2 hours or until toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Cool well.
  9. Store to develop flavor.
