Lip Smackin Nachos

  1. pre heat oven to 230 - 250,
  2. place oil, kidney beans and mince into hot frying pan.
  3. while mince is cooking, dice onion and tomato (sml peices)
  4. when mince is brown add onion and tomato. stir on low heat (just to heat vege not cook) place corn chips in lrg baking dish.
  5. layer with 1/4 of cheese.
  6. place mince mix on top of corn chips and cheese.
  7. cover the top with salsa.
  8. place the rest of the cheese and cook in oven til golden.
  9. dice avocado and mix into sour cream.
  10. when your nachos are golden serve with a lrg spoonful of avo and sour cream.
  11. then drizzle over sweet chilli sauce. yummy!
