Grilled Salmon With Salsa

  1. Grill salmon

  4. 6
  5. inches
  6. from
  7. hot
  8. coals, after brushing with 2 tablespoons olive oil.
  9. Turn one time and cook 6 to 8 minutes on each side, or until fish flakes.
  10. Serve with salsa sauce.
  11. (If
  12. steaks
  13. are large, cut in half.) For sauce: Mix the vegetables
  14. and
  15. seasonings with 1/4 cup of olive oil. Place 1/3 of
  16. the
  17. mixture
  18. in
  19. blender
  20. or food processor and blend 1 minute.
  21. Stir
  22. the blended mixture into the remaining chopped vegetables.
  23. Serves 4.
