Clambake In A Pot

  1. In a large pot with a lid, add food in layers:
  2. sausage first, then clams, shrimp.
  3. Distribute rest except for wine and cilantro.
  4. Pour in wine and cover and cook til clams open--about 20-25 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle with cilantro at end.
