- 1/4 cup Bunium Persicum, Kala Jeera, Black Cumin (Pick right one)
- 4 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1.5 teaspoon Ginger Powder (HQ)
- 1 piece 6" Dried Turmeric Root
- 2 sticks Cinnamon Stick
- 15 pieces Seeds from big Black Cardamom
- 3 pieces Star Anise
- 1/8 teaspoon Nutmeg Powder (HQ)
- 1/8 teaspoon Mace shavings
- 1/2 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 pinch Clove Powder (HQ)
- 4 pinches Mustard Seed
- 2 teaspoon Fenugreek Leaves
- 1 piece Bay Leaf (small)
- 20 pieces Small Curry Leaves
- 4 pinches Saffron

- Put in spice grinder or pulse in blender.
