Phillipine Egg Rolls

  1. Fry onion until limp.
  2. Add meat, celery, carrot, garlic salt and soy sauce.
  3. Brown; drain off grease.
  4. Add bean sprouts; mix well.
  5. Taste and add more seasonings if desired.
  6. Spoon a small amount of filling on each egg roll wrapper.
  7. Fold 2 opposite sides over and about 3/4 inch each.
  8. Then roll up according to illustration on package.
  9. Seal edge with water.
  10. (Dip your finger in water, then run along edge of wrapper and seal.)
  11. Heat 1/2 inch of oil in frying pan on medium high.
  12. Add 4 egg rolls and brown on both sides lightly.
  13. Repeat until all are cooked.
  14. Drain on paper towels.
  15. Serve with duck sauce.
