Boudior Biscuit Delight
- 2 boxes boudior biscuits
- 375ml milk
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 2 tbsp castor sugar
- 250ml fresh cream
- 1 tbsp icing sugar
- topping
- 155g nestle dessert cream
- 100g slab chocolate
- 1 flake chocolate
- whip fresh cream and icing sugar together, till stiff.
- In a separate bowl, mix the milk, castor sugar and vanilla essence.
- Dip boudior biscuits in milk mixture and layer in a flat round serving plate.Spread a layer of fresh cream mixture, and another layer of boudior biscuit, repeat and end with fresh cream. Chill for 2hrs.
- Topping
- Melt chocolate, add nestle dessert cream and mix together till smooth.
- Spread chocolate mixture on top of fresh cream and cover the entire surface. decorate with flake chocolate. Thereafter chill for a further 1 hour.
