Crab Cakes

  1. Mix cracker crumbs, mayonnaise, Old Bay, parsley, mustard and egg. Stir in crabmeat.
  2. Shape mixture into patties. Broil for 10 minutes without turning or fry until golden-brown on both sides.
  3. Garnish with fresh lemon and additional parsley. These look nice served on a bed of lettuce.
