Spicy Quinoa Pilaf

  1. melt butter in saute pan, place chopped veggies in pan with butter and saute till soft and lightly brown. Add spices, and saute 1 minute. Then add broth and rinsed quinoa, let cook until soft about 20 min, and then add crasins about 5 minutes until the end.
