Scampi Marsala De Santa Fe

  1. Rinse the shrimp under cold running water and pat dry.
  2. Into a medium saute pan or skillet, heat the butter over medium heat. Add the shrimp and saute 5 minutes.
  3. Into the pan add the banana peppers, garlic and dried herbs and saute 2 minutes.
  4. Add the Marsala wine and the Parmesan cheese and cook 2 minutes, stirring while the cheese melts.
  5. Spoon over some angel hair pasta and serve.
