Key Lime Cake
- Cake:
- 1 Duncan Hines Lemon Supreme Cake Mix
- 3 oz. (small) package of Lime Jello
- 3/4 Cup Oil
- 5 Eggs
- 3/4 Cup Orange Junice
- 1/2 Cup Lime Juice (fresh or bottled concentrate)
- Frosting:
- 1 - lb. Box Powdered Sugar
- 8 oz. Cream Cheese (Softened)
- 1 Stick Margarine
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- Cake:
- Mix above ingredients for 3 minutes on medium speed. Pour into a greased and floured
- 9" x 13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees until done (test with a toothpick.). Remove from
- oven and leave in pan.
- Mix 4 Tablespoons (heaping) powdered sugar and 1/2 cup lime juice. Drizzle by spoon
- covering entire cake. Allow to cool completely.
- Frosting:
- Mix well and frost cake. Cover tightly and keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
