Herb Tossed Salad Delux
- 1 quart broken endive
- 1 quart broken Boston lettuce
- 2 T sliced green onions
- 12 cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 lb cooked ham julienne cut
- 1/3 lb cheddar cheese - julienne cut
- 3/4 cup seasoned croutons
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp fresh groud pepper
- 1 tsp dill seed
- 2 tsp celery seed
- 1/4 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp minced garlie
- 1/2 c salad oil
- 1/4
- Combine first six ingredients. Blend oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, dill seed, celery seed, garlic, oregano; pour over the lettuces/ham, cheese & green onions. Garnish with cherry tomatoes and croutons
