Italian Sausage Spaghetti Sauce

  1. In large Dutch oven, lightly brown garlic in oil.
  2. Add sausage; brown.
  3. Drain fat, remove sausages from oven and set aside.
  4. Add paste to drippings; cook 5 to 7 minutes, stirring constantly.
  5. Add pureed tomatoes and sauce; cook over medium heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Return sausages to pan; add remaining ingredients except cheeses.
  7. Simmer 15 minutes.
  8. Add the sharp Cheddar.
