Tuna Drops
- 1 c. flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. double acting baking powder
- 1 tsp. onion salt
- 1/2 tsp. curry powder
- dash of cayenne pepper
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1/2 c. milk
- 7 oz. tuna (canned), drained
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 Tbsp. green bell pepper, minced
- 1 Tbsp. black olives, chopped
- In a large mixing bowl combine flour, baking powder, onion, salt, curry powder and cayenne pepper.
- Cut in margarine until mixture is size of small peas.
- Add milk all at once and stir until well blended.
- Add drained and flaked tuna, cheese, green pepper and olives; blend well.
- Drop by teaspoon onto lightly greased cookie sheets.
- Bake in preheated 450u0b0 oven for 10 to 12 minutes, until golden brown.
- Yield:
- 36 servings.
