Chocolate Delight
- 1 Cup flower
- 1/2 Cup Pecans
- 1 stick butter
- 1 Cup Powerdered Surgar
- 2 Boxes Instant Chocolate putting
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 3 cups milk
- 1 large container of cool-whip
- CHOCOLATE DELIGHT
- FIRST LAYER:
- 1 c. flour
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 1/2 c. pecans
- SECOND LAYER:
- 1 c. confectioners' sugar
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 lg. (12 oz. container) Cool Whip
- THIRD LAYER:
- 2 pkg. (3 1/2 oz.) instant chocolate pudding
- 3 c. milk
- First layer: combine ingredients until crumbly and pat into 8 x 12 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or microwave on high for 5 minutes. Cool.
- Second layer: Mix sugar and cheese until light and fluffy and fold in Cool Whip. Spoon onto crust.
- Third Layer: Combine until smooth. Spread over second layer.
- Fourth Layer: Spread remaining Cool Whip on top, then sprinkle with pecans. Refrigerate. Serves 8. Christmas Delight: 1 package instant pistachio pudding, 1 package instant vanilla pudding
