Enchilada Stack

  1. Cook ground beef over medium-high heat until browned.
  2. Pour off fat.
  3. Add 1/2 cup enchilada sauce.
  4. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray.
  5. Place 1 tortilla on sheet, then top with 1/3 of meat mixture and 1/4 cup of cheese.
  6. Top with 1 tortilla, 1/2 of refried beans, 1/2 enchilada sauce, 1 can chilies and 1/4 cup cheese.
  7. Repeat all layers.
  8. Top with 1 tortilla, remaining meat mixture and 1/4 cup cheese.
  9. Top with remaining tortilla.
  10. Cover with foil.
  11. Bake at 400u0b0 for 40 minutes or until hot.
  12. Uncover; top with remaining enchilada sauce and cheese.
  13. Bake 5 minutes. Cut into wedges.
  14. Serves 8.
