  1. Cooking the Bananas:
  2. 1)tlice the bananas length ways, thinly.
  3. 2)tdd to a heated sauce pan of oil 2TS, butter 2 1/2 TS, Sugar 1 1/2 TS.
  4. 3)tllow the three ingredients to mix and melt together stir a little.
  5. 4)teat on 4 or 5. Allow it to simmer (bubble) turn heat down to 3.
  6. 5)then add the sliced bananas.
  7. 6)took for approx 15 minutes. Until bananas are soft. Take off heat soon after.
  8. Make the choc sauce while bananas are cooking. (medium/low heat)
  9. Add choc few cubes at a time to heated sauce pan. Then butter approx 1/2 or a little less and 1/2 ts oil. Allow the ingredients to melt together, stir. Add milk approx quarter cup and dash of cream stir and allow to cook slowly, (may need to adjust the heat). When sauce has settled, add broken up (Ouma Rusk) to the sauce. Finished cooking soon after approx 4 minutes.
  10. Allow sauce to sit for about 4 mins.
  11. To prepare
  12. Drizzle honey to cover the bottom of the dish.
  13. Greek yogurt. Fill glass dish 1/2.
  14. Add honey drizzled lightly.
  15. Lay the banana slices across the yogurt.
  16. Pour choc/ouma sauce evenly over the bananas.
  17. (You may choose to chill the yogurt in the freezer for 15 mins)
