Mix and cover for about 3 mins. Uncover, and saute for another minute, then remove from heat. In food processor combine chickpea mixture, lemon juice, tahini, sesame seeds, and about 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Take roasted garlic and squeeze out the roasted cloves, and place in food processor with other ingredients. blend all ingredients thoroughly in processor until mixture is smooth. Use more or less olive oil to reach desired consistency. hummus should be thick not runny. Place hummus mixture in small serving bowl, and garnish with olives. drizzle olive oil over the top and serve with warmed pita bread on the side for dipping. Enjoy!
