Beef And Broccoli
- Marinade beef for 2-4hrs
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 c rice wine or rice vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp. ginger
- 1 tbsp. chili garlic sauce
- 6 cups broccoli florettes
- (onion, snow peas, water chestnuts or mushrooms optional)

- 4 ts Cornstarch
- 1 ts Sesame oil
- 1/4 c Beef broth
- Prepare marinade, cut beef into thin slices 2 inches in length. Marinade for 2 to 4 hours. Coat wok with sesame oil and brown meat and set aside,wipe wok clean.
- Add sesame oil to wok and stir fry diced onion for 1 to two minutes, add in broccoli stir fry for two minutes more add back in the meat, mushrooms and sauce cooking meat all the way through.
