Grilled Shrimp Tacos

  1. Spear shrimp on skewers. Mix garlic and butter in bowl and brush on shrimp. Place shrimp kebabs on grill along with the lime wedges. Cook 4 minutes per side, until shrimp are opaque, and limes are browned. Remove from grill. Lightly salt shrimp. Grill tortillas for 30 seconds a side.
  2. To serve, pull the shrimp off the skewers and divide evenly among tortillas. Top with cabbage, sour cream sauce, tomatillo sauce & guacamole. Spritz with lime.
