Touchdown Black-Bean Bash Chili

  1. Crumble beef into a large nonstick skillet. Add garlic and cook over high heat stirring often until meat is longer pink.
  2. Add beans and salsa. Reduce heat to medium and bring to a boil.
  3. Meanwhile mix lemon juice oil salt and sugar in a medium size bowl. Stir in avocado, cilantro and basil.
  4. Add tomatoes to skillet and cook just until heated through. Remove from heat and stir in avocado mixture. Garnish with lemon peel and basil.
